For the operation of a diaphragm by a clutch release bearing, there is attached on the diaphragm an operating member comprising in the form of a single piece, an annular collar intended to act by means of a support face on the ends of the fingers of the diaphragm and at least two retaining shoulders adapted to secure it axially on the diaphragm. The retaining shoulders are turned axially in the direction of the support face of the collar. The support face, being curved, accommodates the bending of the fingers of the diaphragm. Advantageously the operating member is fitted onto the diaphragm without stressing any of the fingers thereof.

This invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in vehicle diaphragm clutches. .
The object of the invention in terms of the device is to improve performance by simplifying the design and increasing the reliability of fixing the support part relative to the clutch diaphragm.
The purpose of the method of assembling the inclusion unit is to simplify it and increase its reliability by this means.

The clutch engagement assembly (see Figs. 1-9) of the vehicle contains a release bearing 1 ton of the hardest type, which interacts with the diaphragm 2 in the direction of arrow F. The diaphragm 2 contains a disk washer located on the periphery and elastic plate fingers 4 integral with it. radially and forming an axial hole 5 in the center. The last indicated variant is shown in FIG. 12, In this embodiment, a 1-ton bearing type is used, the support legs 11 respectively have a section 19 extending in the axial direction and a radial section 20. The assembly method of the assembly of FIG. 10 and 11 are essentially the same as indicated, but in the assembly method of the embodiment of FIG. 11, there is some distinguishing feature according to which the supporting surfaces 13 pass in the axial direction through the diaphragm 2, not because of its notch 6, but through the axial hole 5.
